March 5 Peanut Butter Squares

Note to self: 
I made half a batch. I poured the mixture over the marshmallows as they melted to the pot last time. 

PB Squares

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 (300 g) bag butterscotch chips ( 2 cups in a bag)
1 (200 g) bag mini marshmallows
Directions:
Melt together butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips on very low
heat until mixed, stirring constantly. Cool for a bit (so as not to melt the
marshmallows).
Stir in mini marshmallows.
Pour in a greased 11" x 13" pan.
Refrigerate and cut into small (1-1/2") squares.

March 4 Sticky Chicken

Sweet and delicious
Made with boring green beans and baked sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar. Yumm.
375 for an hour was way too long for 2 breasts.

March 3 Roast Fail

We were not fans of the Campbell's Soup Mix Roast. It took a run to get Swiss Chalet Gravy to rescue it. Next time I'm going to stick with the slow cooker packet.

March 2 Waffles and Batch Cooking

Waffle recipe was a big hit. Especially with the blueberry lover in the house.
